I wholeheartedly believe that your images... your life's most special moments....deserve to be documented for you and your loved ones to cherish for years to come.  While I deliver my images in digital format, I strongly encourage client's to put their joyful memories on display in their homes - whether it is a framed fine art or an album or prints or a canvas.  The one image format that has stood the test of time is real, tangible photographs.  Your story deserves to be preserved in quality, archival products.

Life gets busy and we can always find the excuse as to why we don't have time to slow time or make time for photos. We all come up with the excuses of when it would be better timing or when we'd look better or {insert today's excuse}. The reality is that life is short and these moments are fleeting.  One day we will all look back and wish we had just taken the photos.  

Who you choose to work with matters. That is typical in most areas of life and is important even more so when capturing your life's moments.  You want to be comfortable with someone and leave a session feeling like you've gained a new friend.  I photograph the majority of my clients one to two times per year, which means I have the honor of knowing them, watching their children grow, being involved in difficult moments in life of losing a loved one or battling cancer.  Your photographer is more than someone holding a camera - I am witnessing and documenting your story.  

While I am always going to do my best to get "the shot", my focus for your session is to capture joyful & genuine moments.  I want to capture the real you! That is where the real magic happens.  That is where you really get to see the essence of a person.  Don't worry though, I will pose you in your session so that you feel more comfortable and no one is worrying want to do with their hands. Your session will be filled with joy, laughter, and memories will be made.
